Your employee behaves so badly that you dismiss outright.
You do not want to pay him accrued holiday pay. The contract says you do not have to! Good! No! Such a clause is in breach of the Working Time Regulations, which say that accrued holiday pay must be paid irrespective of the reason for the termination. Change your contract.
