Advise on discrimination

We have much experience in advising on the procedures necessary to avoid allegation of discrimination, whether sexual discrimination ; sexual harassment; racial discrimination  or to do with disability discrimination.

We have successfully defended a night-club against charges of racial discrimination, have pursued claims for sexual harassment by male employers of our female employee clients and for unfair dismissal on the grounds that our client employee was discriminated against on the grounds of his disability.
