Agency workers

 ….. may have the same rights to pay and benefits as permanent workers from October 2011!

The Government Agency Workers Regulations, from October 2011 require agency workers (i.e. temps) to be given the same rights to pay, benefits and rest periods as permanent workers ……………….as long as the temporary worker has been engaged for 12 consecutive weeks.
