We have much experience in acting both for and against Estate Agents

We obtained a "Mareva" injunction (now called a freezing order) obtained against an emigrating property-seller intending not to pay our Estate Agent client his commission

We sold a chain of estate agents offices to the Prudential in what must have been one of the last major deals of the Eighties. 

We have acted for one of two partners in a firm of Estates Agents against the other, when they had irreconcilable personal differences and achieved a fair settlement for the outgoing partner.
