Injunctions
Any and all areas of human activity can give rise to the need
to obtain an urgent injunction. We have obtained injunctions in
the following situations.
- Where there was threatened violence from a spouse or co-habitee.
- Against imminent destruction of property.
- To get back into premises where the locks have been changed.
This can be due to the action of a spouse, co-habitee, or a
landlord.
- To prevent a contract being signed. Late on a Friday night,
we obtained an injunction from a Judge over the telephone preventing
the sale of a division of a trading company, this injunction
was duly served by us the following morning.
- To prevent a child being taken out of the country.
- To prevent the publication of a newspaper or article published.
- To prevent sale proceeds being taken out of the country without
payment to our estate agent client of his commission.
- To prevent a defecting employee from soliciting customers.
