Injunctions

Any and all areas of human activity can give rise to the need to obtain an urgent injunction. We have obtained injunctions in the following situations.

Where there was threatened violence from a spouse or co-habitee.
Against imminent destruction of property.
To get back into premises where the locks have been changed. This can be due to the action of a spouse, co-habitee, or a landlord.
To prevent a contract being signed. Late on a Friday night, we obtained an injunction from a Judge over the telephone preventing the sale of a division of a trading company, this injunction was duly served by us the following morning.
To prevent a child being taken out of the country.
To prevent the publication of a newspaper or article published.
To prevent sale proceeds being taken out of the country without payment to our estate agent client of his commission.
To prevent a defecting employee from soliciting customers.
