Funding
Over the years we have seen lenders from the USA, then Scandinavia,
then Germany, then Japan deal with our clients on
their projects, as well as our home grown financial institutions.
In each case, the client has wanted a clear explanation of the
security documentation involved and, very often, a renegotiation
of terms
Investment
Different considerations apply, if the property is to be held
long term for investment rather than for dealing purposes and
we are familiar with the considerations of clients in making the
appropriate decisions. Many of our clients prefer to have their
pension (or at least part of it) in such a property or properties,
rather than allow others to manage or mis-manage the Stock Market
for them.
