We will prepare an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for your residential premises. We meet with you - however long it takes - to go through a typical document and discuss how it needs to be adapted to your particular circumstances and the property, amend it and provide you with a master copy in a Microsoft word format for you to insert the tenants details and the rent payable
