                Denise O'Neill

Denise is a Licensed Conveyancer and specialises in a whole range of conveyancing work from equity release mortgages, sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.   The properties involved have been both low and high value properties, leasehold and freehold, as well as “quick turnaround” property transactions for developers.

Denise joined the firm in January 2012 after spending the last 15 years working for two major law firms in the Bromley borough; the last position lasting 10 years.

Denise started out her career in estate agency in 1986, working for a prominent traditional estate agent in East Dulwich for 8 years.  Denise then moved into a marketing role for a law firm in Catford, generating conveyancing business.  She has seen both sides of the residential property world, from agreeing the sales initially, to taking control of the conveyancing transaction.  A wealth of practical experience and knowledge, as well as technical property law.

Denise prides herself on offering a tailor made service to suit the individual; ranging from the developer “quick turnaround” style to the home visit convenient style for more local clients, or anywhere in between!  Denise recognises that no two clients are the same and client satisfaction is usually a result of excellent communication and convenience. 

Denise is single and has two children, aged 26 and 20, with two grandchildren aged 5 and 2, keeping her busy.   Denise is a Reiki 2 healer and is interested in alternative holistic therapies.
