Florence  is a well-known and established solicitor in the Chinese speaking world.  She specialises in commercial property and business acquisition and disposition.   

With excellent commend in written and spoken both Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, Florence’s reputation has been built on her unique ability to establish positive relationships with clients and maintain high level of communication throughout her service to all her clients. 

She acts for both private and institutional clients in the United Kingdom and offshore and focuses on the fundamental issues with commercially practical insight.  She is highly experienced in advising client on potential issues which may arise that would affect client’s legal and commercial positions to save her client’s costs, time and foreseeable burden within a transaction. 

Florence’s expertise is primarily in business property and related matters.   Her experience is wide ranging and has extended to advice on immigration matters, in particular investment and entrepreneur visas for high net worth immigrants and property litigation.

Florence worked as an inter-bank Capital Markets Dealer in secondary market of US government bills and bonds for 7 years in Hong Kong before converted to become a lawyer by completing an English law degree with LL.B (Hons) in 2001.  

Since then, she worked for various law firms and multi-corporations including White and Case in Hong Kong and a small sized west end firm in London, where she successfully set up the Property Department in 2003 and continuously contributed substantially in the business development for the firm until June 2011. 

She joined Kaslers Solicitors LLP in October 2011 and seeks new challenges and advancement in her career.
