Helen Knowles

Helen has considerable experience of both residential properties (buying, selling/ re- mortgaging houses  and flats both in and around Kent and throughout England & Wales) and commercial transactions  (including the buying/selling/leasing of shops, businesses, commercial properties, business centres and residential developments in and around Kent and London) including high net value transactions up to £5m.  

Helen, who originates from Cheshire and moved to Kent in 1981, is an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives and a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals.

Throughout her lengthy legal career (from 1981) Helen has worked for law firms in Maidstone, Canterbury, Thanet and Whitstable before joining Kaslers in 2008.

Having bought and sold several properties over the years herself she can empathise with clients during this stressful process.  Helen provides a personal service to all of her clients, and will do all she can to achieve the wishes of the client and to make it as an enjoyable and pain free a process as possible.

 Helen now lives in a Village on the coast near  Ramsgate with her husband and cat.  She is very involved in local projects for the benefit of the Village where  she lives, including being elected as Vice-Chairman of the local community shop (a small shop and post office ran by volunteers for the benefit of the village without which there would be no Village shop or post office), and as Liaison Officer for the Village Community Plan Group who are preparing a five year plan for the benefit of the Village after consultation with its  residents.
